Q: I have never done Yoga before, will this retreat still be right for me?

Yes yes yes! We love newbies! We are so passionate about helping women deepen their connection to themselves. We would be honoured to help you begin your Yoga journey. Our teachers will support you every step of the way. The classes that will be taught on retreat will be for all levels and abilites, so options will always be given to empower you.

Yes yes yes! 1000% this retreat will be right for you. Shaka Shakti is all about women feeling empowered to learn something new and step out of their comfort zone. We understand that the Surf community is dominated by men and can seem very intimidating. Therefore we want to create a supportive and fun learning experience.

Q: What would a full day on retreat be like?

6am - Surf Lesson 8.30-10am - Breakfast/free time 10-12pm - Yoga 12-1.30pm - Lunch/free time 3-4.30pm - Empowerment Workshop 5-6.30pm - Free time or Restorative Yoga 6.30pm - Dinner

Q: Can I cancel the trip?

This is our cancellation policy : – The deposit is not refundable – 45 to 59 days prior to arrival: 25% paid after deposit is not refundable. – 30 to 44 days prior to arrival: 50% paid after deposit is not refundable. – 15 to 29 days prior to arrival: 75% paid after deposit is not refundable. For cancellations made less than 15 days before departure date, we can’t offer a refund.

Ofcourse! Everything is optional on retreat so you can always skip some of the activities and have more free time.

Comfy pants for movie night!

After you reserve your spot on the retreat you will receive an email with our 'Welcome Pack' and you will also receive an invitation to join our Facebook group for the retreat so you can already connect with the facilitators and the women in the group.

This is our cancellation policy :
